When submitting the order, you will receive the goods ordered within Estonia on the spot, from an Itella SmartPOST parcel machine suitable for you, or the goods will be delivered with ACE Logistics\u2019 aceFlex road transport service.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shipment Processing Time<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

You will receive your goods quickly \u2013 we will complete your order as soon as possible, usually on the same day, but not later than within five working days after placing the order.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Order Confirmation and Order Tracking<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

You will receive an order confirmation <\/span>within an hour after placing your order. <\/span>Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shipping with Itella SmartPOST<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

When ordering to Estonia, your order will reach the parcel machine of your choice within 1-5 working days from the receipt of the order confirmation. You will be notified of the arrival of the goods at the parcel machine by an SMS sent by the logistics company, which contains the security code required to open the parcel machine.<\/span><\/p>\n

When ordering to Finland, the estimated time of delivery of parcels to Helsinki is within 1-3 working days and 3-5 working days to other parts of Finland.<\/span><\/p>\n

AceFlex is an affordable and reliable B2B (business-to-business) service through terminals. The delivery time of the courier service is indicated in the online store. Delivery time depends on the selected product and the distance between the origin\/destination.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
